• Paradise road rehabilitation project continues with construction across town (actionnewsnow.com) — Major road construction is underway right now on key routes across Paradise, including Skyway, Clark, Elliott, Oliver, Roe and Pentz, as the town rebuilds roads damaged during and after the Camp Fire. Expect lane closures, night work on main corridors, longer drive times, and changing access for nearby homes and businesses as Paradise pushes toward rebuilding 93 miles of roadway by the end of 2026. 
• INL working to keep the power grid from causing catastrophic wildfires (postregister.com) — Paradise's destruction in the 2018 Camp Fire is now a central case study as Idaho National Laboratory tests new power-line materials and designs to prevent grid-caused wildfires. Researchers are stressing conductors, burning treated poles, studying bird collisions, and building a larger test site, all aimed at keeping other communities from suffering what Paradise endured.
