• Deadly Perris crash kills 8-year-old and leaves 5 injured (amedpost.com) — A violent two-car crash in Perris near Ramona Expressway and East Rider Street Saturday evening killed 8-year-old Camila Leon of Perris and injured five others. Six people were hospitalized, one young passenger remains in critical condition, and the sheriff's Perris station Traffic Reconstruction Team is investigating while asking witnesses to come forward.
   

• Riverside County woman arrested for DUI crash that killed 8-year-old girl in Perris (cbsnews.com) — An 8-year-old girl, Camila Leon, died after a two-car crash Saturday evening near E. Rider Street and Ramona Expressway in Perris, which also sent five others to the hospital. Deputies later arrested a 52-year-old San Jacinto woman on suspicion of DUI and gross vehicular manslaughter, and investigators are asking anyone with information to contact the sheriff's department.
