150+ Arrested During Holiday DUI Campaign in Sonoma County
No deaths, but there were 11 injury accidents logged.

Law enforcement officers arrested 152 people for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs during Sonoma County’s Winter Holiday Avoid DUI Campaign, law enforcement officials have announced.
This year’s Winter Holiday Avoid DUI Campaign started December 12 and lasted through Thursday night.
Officials said drunken behavior resulted 11 injury collisions but no deaths during the campaign.

Last year, law enforcement officers made 94 DUI arrests during a campaign that also lasted 21 days.
Law enforcement will be conducting Avoid DUI operations during Super Bowl Sunday in February and during St. Patrick’s Day celebrations in March. Officials are planning for multiple campaigns this year.
