Piedmont Turkey Struts His Stuff On Grand Avenue
The police department predicts that he will try "to escape Piedmont before the 22nd."

PIEDMONT, CA — Thanksgiving is just a week away, so perhaps you can forgive a bit of ill-temper on the part of this turkey in Piedmont.
In a social media post on Monday, the Piemont Police Department reported, "We had a problem that ruffled even our feathers today. Apparently, this turkey terrorized Grand Avenue."
Thepost went on to say, "We believe it is the same turkey that took on the bumper of one of our patrol vehicles as the officer watched."

Perhaps he's heard talk — talking turkey — about what's happened to his fellow feathered friends on Thanksgiving.
Piedmont Police concluded, "So for now, we’ll pardon his behavior. Nonetheless, be on the lookout as we believe he is trying to escape Piedmont before the 22nd."
