Birds Along The Trail: Photos Of The Day

PINOLE, CA —Leah Steinberg took a stroll on the Bay Trail in Pinole last week, while being careful to observe social distancing. She tells Patch, "I saw these 2 birds (among many others). I have seen dozens of species of water birds, and those that live in the trees around there during different times of the years. These are Brown-headed Cowbird and a European Starling."
