Salvation Army Red Kettle Bell Ringer Wows Pleasanton Customers With Jazzy Christmas Carol
You have never heard "Santa Claus is Coming to Town" like this before…
PLEASANTON, CA — East Bay resident Daniel Hal was recently caught on camera singing a jazzy version of a Christmas favorite. The Salvation Army of Hayward Corps shared video of Hal singing “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” while at his post at the Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton this week via social media.
Hal's a cappella version of the tune is contagious. In the video, one customer that passes by Hal can’t help herself and joins in to sing some of the popular song. The red kettle bell ringers can be found in front of businesses throughout the country between November and Christmas eve and are known for their kind holiday wishes and impromptu serenades.
Donations to the red kettles help those in need throughout the year. Watch the video here.
