• Strong troubleshooting skillset-- Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

• Time Management -- Managing one's own time and the time of others.

• Making Decisions and Solving Problems -- Analyzing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems.

• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates -- Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.

• Thinking Creatively -- Developing, designing, or creating new applications, ideas, relationships, systems, or products, including artistic contributions.

• Effective Communication -- The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences. The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.

• Mechanical -- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

• CA driver's license and a clean driving record.
