Local Business Advisory Firm Brings in New "Coach"

Estrada Strategies, an advisory firm that works with businesses throughout Riverside and San Bernardino County, has named Jose Montero as a new CEO Coach.

Estrada Strategies is an Inland Empire-based company that provides executive coaching services, according to a new release by company representatives. Montero's office will be at 5055 Canyon Crest Drive in Riverside.

Montero has more than 25 years of business management experience.

Montero said he plans to coach clients using the core disciplines of business, which allow them to become more effective leaders, better managers and helps them grow their businesses. The techniques reflect the ones currently used all Estrada Strategies coaches.

 "To effectively manage and grow a business, entrepreneurs must learn to get results through others. This requires leadership training and the systematic development of business processes, infrastructure, policies, practices and procedures." Montero said.
