Man Exposes Self Near 2 Silicon Valley Schools, Police Say

Police are looking for a young man who allegedly exposed himself to someone not far from a local preschool and again near a high school.

LOS ALTOS, CA — Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man who allegedly exposed himself to a person riding a bike near a Los Altos preschool and again near a local home. The first incident allegedly happened Friday around 3:40 p.m., and the second incident happened about a half hour later.

The first victim told police a man described as white, 18 to 20 years old with long reddish-blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail exposed himself to the victim near South Gordon Way and Hawthorne Avenue. The intersection is about three blocks from the Los Altos-Mountain View Children's Corner preschool.

The suspect was wearing a black beanie and dark clothing. He was driving a gold or beige older-model sedan, according to police. The suspect drove up to the victim, spoke with them and exposed himself. The victim then turned away and rode home, police said.
