MENLO PARK, CA – A man who was found wandering alone and unsure of his identity has been reunited with his family thanks to the efforts of the public with helping to spread the word, Menlo Park police said Friday.
On Thursday, police reached out for help, circulating an image of the mystery man. They had tried for five days prior to identify him and, "...after exhausting all possible leads and contacting police agencies...," turned to the local community for help.

"That relative responded to the Menlo Park Police Department where it was confirmed that she was in fact a relative of the found person and helped officers positively identify him."
