UPDATE: Police Find Missing 'At Risk' Woman

An at-risk woman who went missing in Redwood City has been found safe, police said this afternoon.
Cuc Pham, who suffers from dementia, had gone missing from the 3700 block of Page Street.

Police said on Twitter at 3:45 p.m. that Pham was found. They added that it was thanks to an "alert" community member, but no other information was immediately available about when and where she was found.

REDWOOD CITY, CA - Police issued a missing persons alert for a woman suffering from dementia Monday afternoon.
Cuc Pham was last seen near the 3700 block of Page Street in Redwood City wearing a pink sweater and blue pants with a stripe.
Redwood City Police said Pham tends to wear a lot of jewelry.
Anyone who sees her or has information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911.
