RWC Man Suspected Of Sexually Assaulting Relative Arrested

REDWOOD CITY, CA — A Redwood City man was arrested early Monday morning on suspicion of sexually assaulting a relative, police said.

Police arrested the 36-year-old suspect at 12:45 a.m., the Redwood City Police Department said in a news release.

The victim provided a statement to detectives confirming the allegation and disclosed a similar pattern of behavior, police said.

The suspect was arrested on suspicion of having unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor among other charges according to police.

He was booked into San Mateo County Jail, police said.
