SAN MATEO COUNTY, CA — Cal Fire has issued an evacuation warning for a southern San Mateo County hamlet due to a nearby wildfire.

Residents of Loma Mar are asked to be prepared to evacuate if the fire progresses.

Recommended actions include packing a vehicle with personal belongings, securing buildings, packing medications and ensuring vehicles are fueled.
