Maintenance Man Steals Women's Undergarments: Santa Rosa PD
A 65-year-old man is accused of stealing undergarments from at least two female tenants of a Santa Rosa apartment complex, police said.

SANTA ROSA, CA — A maintenance worker for a Santa Rosa apartment complex is accused of stealing articles of clothing and undergarments — bras and panties — from female tenants, police said Monday. Cornell Holiday, 65, of Santa Rosa was arrested and booked into jail over the weekend on two counts of suspected burglary, police Sgt. Brenda Harrington said in a news release.
Detectives allege Holiday, in his role as an on-site maintenance man for an apartment complex at 101 Boas Drive, used his work keys to enter at least two women's apartments while they were not home.
Police first responded to the complex at about 6 p.m. Friday, July 13 when one of the victims reported her apartment had been broken into, Harrington said.

"He took some of her clothing, including undergarments," Harrington alleged. "A second female burglary victim was identified in the apartment complex and Holiday was a suspect in that incident as well."
Detectives from Santa Rosa Police Department’s Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Team assisted with the burglary investigation.

Santa Rosa police allege Holiday burglarized "multiple apartments while employed as a maintenance worker for that complex."
Jail records show Holiday was booked into Sonoma County jail early Saturday morning; as of Monday afternoon, he was being held in lieu of $500,000 bail.
Harrington said the investigation is ongoing and asked anyone with information to call Santa Rosa PD's tip line at 707-543-4040.
