Man Sought In Shooting At Fast-Food Restaurant: Santa Rosa PD
Police have obtained a warrant for the arrest of Brad James Adams, 27, of Santa Rosa.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA — A Santa Rosa man is sought in connection with a shooting early Wednesday morning in the drive-thru of a fast-food restaurant.
Brad James Adam, 27, is accused of attempted homicide in the shooting reported at 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at Taco Bell, 1835 Mendocino Ave. in Santa Rosa, police said in a news release.
"The victim, a 22-year-old Santa Rosa resident, called SRPD and said he had been shot by an unknown male," Santa Rosa police Sgt. Christopher Mahurin said in a news release.

The victim was struck by at least one gunshot, according to police.
The victim described the shooter's truck as 2005 white F-150 pickup and said the shooter took off northbound on Mendocino Avenue.
Police said the victim was taken to a local hospital with serious injuries but was expected to survive.
The crime scene was processed for evidence, and officers found the white Ford pickup in a parking lot at 2300 Mendocino Avenue. There was no one in the truck but officers did find a handgun inside the vehicle, Mahurin said.
Police impounded the truck for further evidence processing but were not able to immediately locate the driver.
Once detectives identified Adams as the suspected shooter, they worked with the Sonoma County District Attorney’s Office to obtain a warrant for Adams's arrest on suspicion of attempted homicide.
At 3:45 p.m. Wednesday, detectives and SWAT team members served the warrant at Adams's residence in the 2100 block of Humboldt Street. Evidence was collected but Adams was not located.
In a news release Wednesday night, Santa Rosa police asked for the public's help to locate Adams.
Police said Adams should be considered armed and dangerous, and asked anyone who knows his whereabouts to contact SRPD through its online tip line, call dispatchers at 707-528-5222 or call SRPD's Violent Crimes Team at 707-543-3590.
A reward of up to $2,500 is offered by the Sonoma County Alliance Community Engagement and Safety Rewards Fund for information leading to his arrest.
