Sonoma Co. Man Killed In Bodega Head Cliff Fall ID'd
The victim, 27, died at the scene. Another person, who tried to help, was uninjured, but also rescued, officials said.

SONOMA COUNTY, CA – The Sonoma County Sheriff's Office today identified a man who died after he fell down a cliff on Tuesday at Bodega Head on the Sonoma Coast as Patrick Foley, 27, of Petaluma.
The Bodega Bay Fire Protection District responded around 6 p.m. to a cliff rescue and learned Foley fell 80-100 feet down the cliff and into the water.
Paramedics Marco Barros and Josh Menzies went over the cliff with a Stokes basket and found two people in the water, Foley and a friend/bystander who tried to rescue him.

Foley was pronounced dead at the scene. The other person was not injured and was rescued by a California Highway Patrol helicopter.
