Trio Busted During Catalytic-Converter Theft In Cotati: Police
Cops said one person was caught in the act, one was a lookout and another was trying to stroll away.

COTATI, CA — Three individuals were arrested last week in connection with the attempted theft of a catalytic converter from a parked vehicle in Cotati, according to authorities.
After a neighbor reported seeing the theft in-progress Thursday at about 4 p.m., officers responded to the scene, the Cotati Police Department said.
"The suspect vehicle was a GMC Yukon, parked behind a Honda Accord. One of the suspects was standing by, acting as the lookout, while the other began lifting the Accord with a jack, to then use a Sawzall to cut the catalytic converter off of the Honda," police said.
