At-Risk Elderly Woman Missing In San Diego
BREAKING: Police said Claudia Jerome, 70, has recently been showing signs of dementia and may suffer seizures without her medication.
SAN DIEGO, CA – The San Diego Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating an at-risk senior citizen who went missing last week in the College area of San Diego.
Claudia Jerome, 70, was receiving care at Alvarado Hospital when she left the facility about 6 p.m. July 14 against medical advice, according to San Diego police. Her whereabouts since then have been unknown.
Jerome has recently been showing signs of dementia and may suffer seizures without her medication, police said. She is a black woman, 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs about 130 pounds. She was last seen wearing a green hat, red sweater and jeans.
