SAN FRANCISCO — BART service has been restored between Balboa Park and Daly City after a tree that fell on the tracks was removed Monday morning, officials announced.

As of 9:25 a.m., service was up and running between BART's 24th Street/Mission and Daly City stations on the San Francisco Line in the SFO, Millbrae and Daly City directions, according to BART.
The tree fell during the morning commute across both tracks, temporarily turning back SFO-bound trains at the 24th St/Mission Station and yellow line trains from SFO at Daly City.
