SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Claus Weisemann snapped this photo the last weekend in February, an unusual view of Alcatraz Island. While the tour of Alcatraz highlighting its past as a federal prison is popular, here it is simply a backdrop for boaters enjoying the Bay.
