On Friday, June 20, Overshine Wine Co. brands Overshine & Idlewild Wines will be popping up at Parche, the Colombian hotspot in Oakland, for a by the glass take over! Highlights will include exclusive by-the-glass offerings (tastings typically only found at their respective tasting rooms) and perfectly paired dishes from the Parche team–ranging from savory arepas, ceviches and braised beef. Overshine Wines and Parche are teaming up over their shared commitment to quality and community that their guests can taste, whether that means no additives in wine or honoring the bold flavors found in Colombia with fresh ingredients. Sam Bilbro, managing partner and David Drummond, founder of Overshine Wines will be offering summer wine tastings to guests throughout the night beginning at 5:00pm. Paul Iglesias, co-founder of Parche, will be offering three specialty dishes along with pairing recommendations for items on Parche’s existing menu.
