Man Charged With Murder In Tenderloin Homicide
Randall Evans is accused of murder in the killing of a 31-year-old man that occurred July 21.

SAN FRANCISCO — A 43-year-old man has been charged in the shooting death of a man in the Tenderloin section of San Francisco, the San Francisco District Attorney's Office said Thursday, Aug. 24.
Randall Evans is accused of murder in the killing of a 31-year-old man that occurred July 21 at the intersection of Golden Gate Avenue and Hyde Street. He is also charged with possession of a firearm by a felon.
Evans, who was arrested by San Francisco Police on Monday, pleaded not guilty to all charges, District Attorney Brooke Jenkins said in a statement.

The court set no bail. If convicted of all charges, he faces 75 years to life in prison, Jenkins said.
