"Parents wrestle with enough stress as it is," said FlipGive CEO and Co-Founder Mark Bachman who has three sons that play hockey. "The new year brings hope for a stress-free, well-balanced family routine and lifestyle, and as busy sports parents we're always trying our best to deliver just that."
"Sports parents can ensure they keep their resolutions for 2020 by setting forth goals that are realistic and measurable, defining clear steps on how to achieve them, and setting up progress checks points to ensure they're on track. For example, if your resolution is to arrive on time to all games and practices, plan ahead so you and your young athlete can get out the door faster, and keep a log of your arrival times to track progress. You can even incentivize the behavior to help it become habit by offering rewards when certain milestones are achieved," says Bachman.
