SF: 2 Arrested In Connection With Armed Robbery, Shooting

Police in San Francisco have arrested three suspects in connection with an armed robbery and shooting occurred earlier this week.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA — Police in San Francisco have arrested three suspects in connection with an armed robbery and shooting that occurred earlier this week.

Kiemariah Richmond, 22, of San Francisco, was arrested on suspicion of two counts of robbery, four counts of attempted robbery, six counts of a firearm enhancement, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, attempted murder, assault with a firearm and resisting arrest, according to the San Francisco Police Department.
Keyari Carter, 21, of San Francisco was arrested on suspicion of two counts of robbery, four counts of attempted robbery, six counts of a firearm enhancement, two counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm, attempted murder, assault with a firearm, resisting arrest and conspiracy.

A 15-year-old male juvenile was arrested on suspicion of two counts of robbery, four counts of attempted robbery, six counts of a firearm enhancement, two counts of possession of armor piercing ammunition, attempted murder, assault with a firearm, resisting arrest and on a no bail warrant out of Alameda County.

On Tuesday at 12 a.m., officers responded to the 3200 block of 23rd Street on a report of a shooting.

Police said three suspects approached the victims in a white four-door sedan, exited the vehicle, robbed the victims and shot one of the victims.

The victim was transported to the hospital with injuries that were not considered life threatening.

Police said the suspects brandished firearms during the robbery, including a rifle.
On Wednesday, officers located the suspect vehicle parked in the area of 7th and Folsom streets, and observed the three suspects exit the vehicle and enter a business in the 1100 block of Folsom Street.

Officers detained Richmond without incident, but the other two suspects fled through the backdoor of the business and onto the rooftop, police said.

After police set up a perimeter and ordered the two suspects to surrender, they were taken into custody as they attempted to flee on foot.
