• Driver accused of killing man, unborn baby in Cuesta Grade crash enters plea (sanluisobispo.com) — A driver accused of causing a deadly wrong‑way DUI crash on Highway 101's Cuesta Grade in San Luis Obispo County has pleaded not guilty to multiple murder and related charges. Prosecutors say the August 26 collision killed passenger Cezar Roy and the unborn child of Atascadero driver Christyna Railsback, injured several others, and could bring a life sentence if the defendant is convicted.
