As always, 100% of the proceeds of this hugely popular event will benefit Oakland’s Charlotte Maxwell Clinic, an award-winning non-profit women’s health provider. A pillar of medical care for the Bay Area’s underserved women with cancer, Charlotte Maxwell supports hundreds of women through their conventional cancer treatments by providing integrative medical therapies and social services.
A free-of-charge clinic that specializes in integrative cancer care for those who need it most, the clinic’s innovative comprehensive care model supports women medically, emotionally and financially during treatment, to ensure that no woman is alone in her fight against cancer.
“There’s no better cause to raise a glass to,” says Brendan Moylan, owner of Moylan’s Brewery and the event’s major sponsor. And with over 150 beers on tap, attendees can enjoy a relaxing, lazy afternoon knowing that every ticket purchased and every delicious brew sampled will go towards changing the life of an underserved woman with cancer.
Live music by The Olés, a Bay favorite, will complement the perfect weather forecast for a weekend that will inspire and delight for all the right reasons.
This July, giving never tasted so good.
