11th Annual Peace Festival presents : Sound Bath Therapy w/ Sophia Tolbert

The 11th Annual International Day of Peace Festival returns with a new series of free workshops. This year the focus is "Peace from Within" focusing on finding inner peace. The workshops and related events run from Sept 16-21, 2025. Reservations are required for the sound bath.

Sophia Tolbert, a new Peace Festival addition this year, will be performing our Sound Bath Therapy workshop. Sophia's journey began when she was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease just before leaving for college. She gathered certifications in Yoga, Sound Healing, and became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist. With all that knowledge the most important thing she learned was to look at the body as a whole and not at its individual parts. The idea is that all of your body’s systems function together to keep us well, and that trying to heal the body as a whole instead of in its individual parts is a more sustainable approach to leading a healthy and happy life. If you haven’t experienced a Sound Bath before you won’t want to miss this.
