County Unveils New Home Page, Global Navigation and Newsroom

The county says the fresh look includes more convenient features and links.

The following is a news release from the County of Marin:

After months of public and employee feedback, the Marin County Department of Information Services and Technology has pulled back the curtain on a new http://www.marincounty.org home page and newsroom designed to enhance user satisfaction.

The County web team examined interview results from user interface testing and factored in website analytics that showed what visitors needed the most from the County website. Those results, combined with added compliance with federal accessibility laws that benefit those with visual or auditory challenge, drove the new web design and functionality.
