
Get stronger! Workout with local folks and have fun! Join Fitness Defined Boot Camp in Fairfax or
Forest Knolls and see what you can do with a group of fun, supportive local
folks. Men and women wanted…especially
some more men. Learn overhead presses
with dumbbells ranging from 5 to 25# and improve your shoulder strength! Do pushups on your toes, on your knees or leaning
against picnic tables…whatever you can do to improve your chest and shoulder
strength.. Learn how to lunge and squat
to strengthen your legs. Sit-ups with straight or bent legs will tackle your core. We usually run in 1 – 2 minute sprints for
cardio improvement. Try it out… we will
have you work with a partner so you have support and camaraderie.
