Furgeson reportedly identified himself to police as a Bay Area rap artist known as “Luzion.”
Police said Furgeson brought the girl from the Oakland area to San Rafael roughly three weeks ago to use her as a prostitute and said she was being exploited on the Internet as well. The girl was reunited with her family and referred to advocacy organizations, police said.
