Mill Valley Woman Wakes to Find Home Intruder Exposing Self, 'Engaged in Assaultive Behaviors'
The man was booked on burglary and indecent exposure charges, police say.

A Mill Valley man was arrested Thursday, after police say he broke into a woman’s home with the intention to sexually assault her.
According to Lt. Kenton Dunkel, a woman who lives on Miller Avenue called police at 3:50 a.m. to report the incident, when “...she awoke to find a male stranger standing in her bedroom engaged in assaultive behaviors.”
Dunkel said that the woman told the man to leave-- which he did-- but they caught up with him a short time later in the 300 block of Miller Avenue.

“Based upon preliminary investigation by the patrol officers, the suspect was arrested,” Dunkel said. “A criminal investigation is on-going.”
Police arrested 43-year-old Kevin Keyes on a felony charge of residential burglary, a felony charge of assault to commit rape and a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, according to police.
