• Among other charges, Lyserick Morgan, 29, and Desean Watson, 28, were arrested on suspicion of identity theft, burglary and conspiracy.

Novato Police Arrest 2 Men For Attempted Burglary

• John Raiff, 50, of Vallejo and John Roberts, 41, of Suisun City were arrested for possession of burglary tools and attempted burglary.

Former Marin Man Convicted Of Tax Fraud

• Howard Weber, 52, conspired with Clifford Bercovich, 69, of San Rafael, to file more than 700 false tax returns.
