Reiki Level 1 Training

Reiki is a form of hands-on

healing from Japan. It replenishes the body’s energy and facilitates healing on

many levels—physical, emotional, and spiritual. Reiki is taught through

instruction and attunements. Reiki can be used for self-healing or for healing

others, and it is a beautiful compliment to other healing modalities.

Reiki I is for those with no
prior Reiki experience. Participants will be attuned to the Reiki energy and
will learn Reiki healing techniques.

The workshop will include:

--A detailed course manual

--Reiki I Attunement

--The History/Philosophy of
Reiki

--Gassho Meditation

--Basic Reiki Hand Positions

--How to treat yourself
& others

--Hands on practice

No previous Reiki or
bodywork experience necessary.
