Driving the vehicle was Michael Tenuto, 51, of Oakland, who at first gave officers his brother’s name instead of his own, and was then found in possession of methamphetamine, the CHP said.

Further investigation revealed that Tenuto’s license was expired following and earlier suspension, according the CHP.
