• Human Trafficking Investigation Leads To Arrest In SMC: Police (patch.com) — San Bruno police recently served search warrants on San Bruno Avenue as part of a long-running human trafficking investigation, identifying two victims and arresting a 27-year-old suspect. Officers connected the victims with support services, and investigators from the department's Investigative Services Section spent years developing leads and gathering evidence before Thursday's operation.
   

• Final Environmental Impact Report Available for Tanforan Redevelopment Project (ca.gov) — San Bruno residents can now review the Final Environmental Impact Report and mitigation plan for the proposed Tanforan Redevelopment Project, a key step before any approval. A crucial Planning Commission hearing is set for Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the San Bruno Recreation and Aquatic Center, giving locals a chance to weigh in.
