T.J. Maxx Security Guard Stabbed by Fleeing Robbery Suspect
Daly City police say that the security guard was stabbed when trying to stop a pair of suspected thieves.

Two suspects were arrested last week after allegedly robbing a T.J. Maxx store in Daly City, stabbing a security guard who tried to stop them and fleeing, police said Tuesday.
Shakia Vanderbilt, 21, and Marcells Eubanks, 20, were arrested in connection with an incident that occurred shortly before noon last Thursday at the store in the Westlake Shopping Center off of John Daly Boulevard, according to police.
“The loss prevention officer confronted two subjects outside the store after they committed a fraud, and one of the subjects produced a knife and stabbed the loss prevention officer in the hand,” police said in a news release.
