Good Thursday morning surfers, I'm Surf Junkie Jeff with your San Clemente Patch surf report.
Well, if you have the right small wave equipment, you'll find a few rideable waves, but overall it's still pretty minimal out there.
We're seeing some pretty clean and glassy conditions early on, with a combination of mostly minor northwest windswell and some little leftover south southwesterly energy in the mix. That recipe is providing some fairly soft sectiony lines, with a few decent shoulders.

Most spots in San Clemente are running about knee- to thigh-high, with the standout breaks pulling some waist-high waves, with not much more than that.
At 9:08 this morning, the tide drops to a 0.4 low which will have many spots drained out and needing water mid to late morning. The tide then pushes back up to a 2.8 high at 3:52 this afternoon.

If you're going to get wet, throw on at least a 3/2 fullsuit or a 4/3 and maybe the booties, with the water temperature averaging between 56 and 57 degrees. See ya in the water.
