San Mateo, CA – March 31, 2011 – Dishcrawl, an interactive website dedicated to helping connect people with food is announcing the launch of their Dishcrawl program in San Mateo. The first Dishcrawl is scheduled for Thursday, March 31, 2011 in downtown San Mateo at 7 p.m. For $26, San Mateo foodies can “dishcrawl” through at least four dishes in new San Mateo restaurants.

San Mateo residents will get the opportunity to “dishcrawl” through 4 restaurants in one night! Restaurants are kept a secret till closer to the date, but one restaurant dishcrawlers can look forward to is Attic Restaurant, where Chef Tim Luym’s specializes in Filipino cuisine.
“San Mateo’s food neighborhood is expanding, and we want to give people a reason to come out and have a taste of the city,” says Dishcrawl Founder Tracy Lee. “We’ll be hosting monthly Dishcrawls along the Peninsula in 2011, and we’re looking forward to meeting our neighbors! Come say hi!”
Bridging the gap between food and community, Dishcrawl’s mission is dedicated to enabling a rich and diverse food community on the Bay Area Peninsula.
