Saturday, February 19th from 2:30- 4:30 pm $40 Hands On Ages 4-14 What a great way to spend the Chinese New Year by honoring its traditional food. We will be making Wonton Soup, Pot Stickers, Almond Cookies and New Year Rice. Children will learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques during this class -- sauté, simmer, slice, bake and blend. All participants will be able to eat the food they make at the end of class. Scott Davis, better known to the kids in the Bay Area as The Culinary Dude, has been teaching child and adult cooking classes. His philosophy for all ages is to provide a hands-on, developmental approach to teaching and education in the kitchen. “The goal of my classes is to teach and inspire all participants' imaginations in the kitchen and to encourage their creativity as they learn a variety of cooking styles and techniques including, sauté, simmer, slice, bake and blend”. There is also an emphasis on providing skills that will carry over for the students use outside of the class. Sign up today as space is limited to 14 max! For Registration on the day of the class, please visit Customer Service.
