Kim Kardashian Look-Alike Death Leads To Prison Sentence In SMC Injection Case: DA
The woman died after undergoing an unlicensed silicone injection procedure in a hotel room near the airport, prosecutors said.
BURLINGAME, CA — A woman was sentenced Monday to four years in state prison after a San Mateo County jury found her guilty in the death of an OnlyFans model who underwent illegal butt injections at a Burlingame hotel in 2023, according to the San Mateo County District Attorney's Office.
Vivian Alexandra Gomez, 53, was convicted March 23 of involuntary manslaughter, practicing medicine without a license and inflicting great bodily injury, prosecutors said.
The case stemmed from the death of Christina Ashten Gourkani, 34, of San Jose, an OnlyFans model known for resembling Kim Kardashian that had accumulated more than 500,000 Instagram followers.

According to KRON4, Gourkani met Gomez on April 19, 2023, at the San Francisco Airport Marriott Waterfront in Burlingame for what prosecutors described as an illegal gluteal silicone injection procedure.

She died the following day from respiratory failure and a pulmonary embolism, according to the report.
After the procedure, Gomez returned to Florida, where she was arrested on April 20, 2023, and later extradited to San Mateo County. A jury found Gomez guilty after about three hours of deliberations, KRON4 reported.
