5 Child Predators Nabbed In Marin County Sting, Police Say
The five men, including two from San Rafael, allegedly agreed to pay children for sex, according to police. (BREAKING)

SAN RAFAEL, CA – Multiple Marin County law enforcement agencies worked together and arrested five men, including two from San Rafael, who allegedly agreed to pay children for sex.
As part of "Operation Cross Country," the San Rafael Police Department, Marin County Sheriff's Office, Central Marin Police Authority and Novato Police Department targeted men who were willing to pay minors for sex.
According to the San Rafael Police Department, men responded to advertisements on the Internet, and through text and phone conversations, requested to engage in sex acts with a minor in exchange for money. When the suspects arrived at the specified location, they were taken into custody.

Officials said Junjie Qiu, 25, of El Sobrante; Eric Eisenstein, 30, of Moorpark; Jorge Chiti Velasquez, 23, of San Rafael; Victor Arnoldo Cutz Aguilar, 35, of San Rafael; and Miguel Montero Flores, 38, of Stockton were arrested on suspicion of communicating with a minor with the intent to perform specific sex acts. They were booked into Marin County Jail.
As part of the operation, police also located a female victim of human trafficking. The victim, who was from the Fresno area and found at a local hotel, was given emergency shelter through the Center for Domestic Peace, according to San Rafael police.

"Operation Cross Country" is part of the FBI's "Innocence Lost National Initiative," which has yielded more than 6,500 victim identifications and recoveries since its inception in 2003, officials said.
