Heels Class — Open to All Levels
Step into your confidence and learn the foundations of dancing in heels in a supportive, no-pressure environment.
This class is designed for beginners and anyone looking to build strength, balance, and style from the ground up.
What to Expect:
• The Fundamentals: Learn how to balance, walk, and groove safely and confidently.
• Empowering Choreography: Dive into a fun, expressive routine that celebrates your unique style.
• A Supportive Community: Dance alongside a non-judgmental group focused on self-expression
We’ll focus on this heels class:
– Walking with confidence and control
– Basic technique, posture, and lines
– Musicality and rhythm
– Simple choreography to help you feel expressive and empowered
Expect a fun, encouraging space where you can explore your femininity, build body awareness, and grow at your own pace. No experience needed—just bring your energy and a pair of heels you feel comfortable in (or start in socks!).
All levels welcome. Come as you are!
