This is a beginner cuban salsa—you will learn your basic footwork and turns.
In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa, including body movement, rhythm, musicality, footwork, partner connection, and partnerwork patterns inspired by authentic Cuban dance culture. We focus on proper technique, coordination, flow, and natural body expression, while also building confidence and strong foundations.
Classes are structured with:
• Warm-up and body movement
• Footwork and rhythm exercises
• Partnerwork technique
• Short combinations and practical applications
Our goal is to help you understand how to dance salsa, not just memorize steps — developing timing, connection, and a comfortable, joyful way of dancing.
