East Coast artist Stevens Jay Carter will be in attendance at the next Art Walk! With an exciting art career that stretches for over twenty years, Stevens has received the recognition of numerous loyal collectors, prestigious awards and grants. Stevens creates unique 3-D effect artworks by painting on layers of Plexiglas. His musically inspired paintings invite the viewer to interact with it's vibrant colors, shapes and shadows. Meet Stevens on Friday, August 12th from 6 to 8pm during Art Walk!

The 2nd Fridays Art Walk event in Downtown San Rafael offers the public a free and dynamic cultural experience that features the participation of several art galleries, art studios and local venues who present rotating art exhibits, live music, food and other special attractions.
Artworks Downtown is excited to announce, the debut of its Wine Tasting Experience event. Featuring fine wines from several wineries, tastings will be available for purchase.
