Here's What's Good at the Farmers Market This Week

Cut the ends of of each ear and remove the silk while leaving the husk in place. Place the ears in a mircrowave and cook six to seven minutes depending on your microwave.
The corn will be fully cooked and hot and ready to eat as is or with your favorite seasoning.

AIM operates nine markets in the Bay Area. The Thursday and Sunday markets are the grand-daddies of them all.
This Thursday, the market will be at the Embassy Suites Hotel at McInnis Parkway to make room for Rosh Hashanah services at the Marin Veteran's Auditorium.
