
On July 23, a 2010 silver/aluminum Mercedes C300 was reported stolen from RAB Motors Inc. at 540 Francisco Blvd. W. some time between June 25 and July 9.
The reporting party said the dealership had done several inventory searches and concluded the four-door sedan was missing and had been stolen. The car had no license plates and the dealership did not have video surveillance during the time period that the $40,000 car disappeared.
The car was entered into the stolen vehicle system.

Suspects accused of taking watches, magazines
Two suspects entered the Rite Aid store at 1500 Northgate at about 5:25 p.m. on July 24. One of the suspects put watches and magazines in her purse and left the store without paying for them while the other acted as a lookout.

Harry Andrew Shero, 61, and Joyce Ann Caldwell, 52, both of San Rafael, were detained by store loss prevention personnel. Both have prior convictions for thefts and have served jail time.
They were booked in Marin County Jail on burglary and theft with priors.
