Possibly Suspicious Fire Quickly Contained In San Rafael
A man was seen running from the scene Tuesday morning in San Rafael, fire officials said.
SAN RAFAEL, CA – Firefighters quickly contained a possibly suspicious fire Tuesday morning in San Rafael. The small vegetation fire may be suspicious in nature because a man was seen running from the scene, fire officials said.
The 1-acre blaze broke out off Professional Center Parkway, according to the San Rafael Fire Department. As of 9:05 a.m., the fire had been fully contained.
No damage or injuries were reported, according to officials.

The cause of the fire is under investigation. Fire officials asked residents to call 911 if they have any information about the man seen running from the scene.
Officials also reminded the public to report any fires.
