BREAKING: Power Out For 2,300 Customers In Napa, Sonoma Counties

Crews are at or enroute to affected areas, according to PG&E.

Pacific Gas & Electric is reporting on its outage map that more than 2,300 customers around the North Bay in Napa and Sonoma counties are without power this morning.

Affected areas include the Sonoma Valley, portions west of Yountville, customers near Sebastopol and Bodega and customers east of Petaluma.

The outages started at approximately 1 a.m., and PG&E estimates the power should be restored to most by 7 a.m. to 7:30 a.m.

According to the website, the cause for the majority of the outages is being assessed. Damaged equipment on a power pole was blamed for the Bodega-area issues which are affecting some 500 homes.

In addition, approximately 4,000 customers are in the dark in the Marin County area, the company reported.
