This summer, The Lodge at Dawn Ranch is elevating the wine dinner beyond pairings and pours with the launch of Collector's Cellar, an ongoing series offering guests access to rare bottles, acclaimed producers, historic wineries, and collaborations typically reserved for collectors and wine industry insiders.
On June 6 from 5-8 pm, guests can experience a first-ever restaurant collaboration with Sordo, one of Barolo’s oldest and most respected producers. Justin Grover of Fine Wines International, whose collection of rare and historic bottles is considered among the world’s most significant, will lead guests through six courses and six tastings. The series is designed to deepen guests’ connection to the stories, philosophies, and craftsmanship behind the glass, bringing together pioneering winemakers and singular wines that reflect a distinct sense of place and identity.
