This summer, The Lodge at Dawn Ranch is elevating the wine dinner beyond pairings and pours with the launch of Collector's Cellar, an ongoing series offering guests access to rare bottles, acclaimed producers, historic wineries, and collaborations typically reserved for collectors and wine industry insiders.
On June 13 from 5-8 pm, guests can experience six courses and six tastings through a guided exploration of aged Chenin Blanc vintages withLeo Steen, one of California’s earliest champions of the varietal, showcasing the grape’s evolution and complexity over time.
